Call-Forward: 


Update Call-Forward – *56

Disable Call-Forward – *73

  • Description: Deactivates the call-forwarding feature, stopping the redirection of calls.
  • Usage: Dial *73 to turn off call-forwarding.
  • Purpose: Restores normal call reception to your number.

Toggle Call-Forward – *74

  • Description: Quickly switches the call-forwarding feature on or off.

Miscellaneous: 


Direct to Voicemail – **

  • Description: Directs the current call straight to voicemail without ringing the recipient.
  • Usage: Add ** before the dialed number to send the call directly to voicemail.
  • Purpose: Useful for leaving a message without disturbing the recipient.

Intercom – *0

  • Description: Enables a direct intercom connection to another user, allowing for immediate voice communication.
  • Usage: Dial *0 followed by the extension to start an intercom call.
  • Purpose: Facilitates quick, hands-free communication between offices or rooms.

Privacy – *67

  • Description: Blocks caller ID for the next call, making it appear as "Private" or "Unknown" to the recipient.
  • Usage: Dial *67 before the number to hide your caller ID.
  • Purpose: Provides privacy when making outgoing calls.

Direct Extension Pickup – *87

  • Description: Allows a user to pick up a call ringing on another extension directly.
  • Usage: Dial *87 followed by the extension number to pick up the call.
  • Purpose: Enables users to answer calls intended for other extensions, useful in shared work environments.

Check Voicemail – *97

  • Description: Accesses the user's voicemail inbox to listen to messages.
  • Usage: Dial *97 and follow the prompts to check your voicemail.
  • Purpose: Allows users to listen to their voicemails from their own extension.

Check Voicemail (auto login) – *98

  • Description: Directly accesses the voicemail inbox without requiring a password, for quick message retrieval.
  • Usage: Dial *98 for expedited access to your voicemail messages.
  • Purpose: Streamlines voicemail access, especially for frequent checks.



Parking: 


Park and Retrieve – *3

  • Description: Allows a caller to be placed on hold in a "parking lot" so any user can retrieve them from another extension.
  • Usage: During a call, dial *3 to park the call, then dial *3 from any extension to retrieve the call.
  • Purpose: Enables calls to be held centrally and picked up from any location, facilitating flexible call management.

Valet – *4

  • Description: Automatically parks a call, providing a unique code to retrieve the call.
  • Usage: Dial *4 during a call to park it; the system provides a code for call retrieval.
  • Purpose: Simplifies call parking by assigning a specific code for easy retrieval.

Retrieve – *5

  • Description: Allows a parked call to be retrieved using a specific code or extension.
  • Usage: Dial *5 followed by the provided parking code or extension to retrieve a parked call.
  • Purpose: Facilitates the collection of parked calls, ensuring no call is left unanswered.



Hot-Desking:


Enable Hot Desking – *11

  • Description: Activates hot-desking, allowing a user to log into any supported desk phone.
  • Usage: Dial *11 and follow prompts to log in on the new device.
  • Purpose: Provides flexibility for users to work from different desks or offices.

Disable Hot Desking – *12

  • Description: Logs the user out from the hot-desked device, disabling their profile on that device.
  • Usage: Dial *12 to log out from the current device.
  • Purpose: Secures the user's profile when leaving a hot-desked phone.

Toggle Hot Desking – *13

  • Description: Quickly switches the hot-desking state, logging the user in or out from the current device.
  • Usage: Dial *13 to toggle your hot-desking status.
