Accessing The Fax Portal

Step 1: Access the Website

​1.      Open your internet browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari).

​2.      Type the website address (https://portal.altinc.ca) into the address bar and press Enter, or click this link.

Step 2: Sign In

​1.      Check the email associated with your eFax account for the credentials that were sent to you.

​2.      Enter the provided username, password, and account name into the respective fields on the login page.

​3.      Click the "Sign In" button. This will direct you to the PBX portal.

Step 3: Navigate to the Fax App

​1.      If the Fax App is not already open, click on the "App Center" button.

​2.      In the App Center, select the "Fax App" button to access the Fax Portal.

You are then in your eFax portal!
