A la carte Phone System Features

Businesses come in many different shapes and sizes with varying needs. We want to know what features of your new telephone system need to be fine-tuned; and since we're not all telephone experts, we've described our more advanced features and what they do.

When enabled, callers can dial 0 at any point within an Auto Attendant menu or voicemail prompt and be directed back to a pre-defined extension or group of extensions.
Calls can be routed to alternative destinations based on schedule. Examples: Send calls to Auto Attendant after receptionist leaves, route to service technician's cell for after hours service, directly to voicemail in evenings.
Each team member can be immediately dialled directly by their extension from any Auto Attendant menu.
Option 9 within the Auto Attendant will direct callers to an automated, Dial by name Directory where they can search for employees by name.
Play a custom recording such as a radio ad to callers while they've been placed on hold.
Easily connect multiple people, both internally and externally via a conference bridge.
Answer a call ringing on another team member's phone.
Your new phones can be configured to produce an alternative ring for calls coming from a pre-defined location such as a specific option in an Auto Attendant, a secondary phone number; the possibilities are endless.
Phones as well as an overhead paging system can all be used as end points in a paging system. When in operation, handsets within the group will auto-answer and broadcast the page via the speaker-phone.
